Why paying your rent or cell phone on time does not help your credit score!

The name of the credit score game is pay your bills on time! But have you ever noticed that the bills you tend to pay on time don't show up on your credit report nor give you good credit? Example: Your RENT, Your Cell Phone bill, utilities, internet....etc 

BUT- If you don't pay them they get sent to collections and hurt your score. Lame!
